RCO Adds Tax Manager

FORT WORTH, TX — Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP (RCO), a leading Fort Worth accounting firm, has hired Michael Dunlap, CPA as its newest manager in the tax department, announced Rob Opitz, managing partner.

Dunlap has worked in the accounting industry for more than 30 years and specializes in the oil and gas, real estate, auto dealership, and farming and ranching industries.

His primary areas of responsibility include individual and business taxation, small business consulting and IRS correspondence.

“Mike’s wealth of experience and involvement in the community will undoubtedly make him a great fit here at RCO,” said Rob Opitz, Managing Partner of RCO’s Tax Department. “We’re excited to engage Mike with our existing clients, and looking forward to leveraging his experience as we add new clients.”

A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Dunlap has served as the president of the Permian Basin Chapter of the TSCPA, the vice president of CPE of the Fort Worth chapter of the TSCPA, the director of the Fort Worth Chapter of the TSCPA and has served as treasurer and board member for the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
